The other day my boss showed me an article on this new gadget for an ipad. She thought it would be a great thing to blog about and boy was she right.
So the hot new thing is called ColorSnap Studio it's an app for your ipad or phone! This thing is great! You can snap a picture of something like a wild flower you love the color of and upload it into the app and it will give you the closet Sherwin Williams paint color! Could you image?
I love these light pink flowers that grow outside my house and would love to have my bedroom painted to match and now I can!
The app even takes it one step further and you can view a room that closely matches a room in your own home and change the wall colors over and over again to find the right match of colors for you before you go through all the work of painting and finding out that shade of green you choice for your accent wall didn't go well with your lavender walls.
To top it all off it's a free app for your phone! I downloaded it as soon as I saw the article and it's been a great help! Try it today!!

Fall came faster than I thought it would!

Can you believe that it's almost the end of September already? Where did the summer go this year? We will be painting until it's too cold so don't worry that you won't be able to get your house done! And then when it is too cold we're just going to move inside! Don't forget that we also do gutter cleaning in the fall every year! So this year instead of pulling out your ladder and taking hours to get all the debris from your gutters just call us and we can do it for you!

Season's are changing

Can you believe that fall is right around the corner? It seems like just yesterday we were just getting started on our exterior work and now the leaves are already started to change a little bit...But that doesn't mean we are done yet! As long as it's still sunny and warm the guys will be out there working as hard as they can to get every house on our list done before it gets to cold to paint.....and then we will simply just go inside and keep right on painting! It's Pouring Outside!

Hello all my blogging buddies!

I can't believe how long it's been since I updated you on all the work we've been doing around here! We're so busy I can't even keep up with my blog! But never fear, here's the update!
Today it's pouring like crazy so we will be moving indoors to get some much needed interiors done! This should make for some very happy homeowners! Over the past few weeks we have been working like mad getting exterior job after exterior job done! We have worked in towns from Whately to Springfield and everywhere in between! Right now we are working at a college in Springfield, sprucing up the dorms for next years scholars to start moving in and also at a church getting things finished up for their next big wedding and community event! We couldn't be happier to be helping out in so many ways! I promise to keep you more up to date!

4th of July

Can you believe that we are already celebrating the fourth of July?! It seems like just yesterday the weather was finally nice enough to get painting outside! Never ending rain days!

Who would have guessed we'd have such a rainy spring?! I can't remember having this much rain for this long is a very long time. But I guess that gets said every year!!
